Tanorexia: addiction to tanning

The tanorexia is an addiction to tanning consistent in wanting to always have a darker skin color than you have. The problem appears when tanorexia, even if you have obtained a good color, is still obsessed with never getting tan to conform to the skin tone obtained.
It is common these days to find people who are tanned all year round. Some of these people spend time and money on UVA sessions to keep the brown color during the winter and in summer they spend many hours in the sun.
The tanorexia usually affects women between 25 and 35 who are not aware of the serious problems that can lead to this obsession, such as skin cancer.
Experts recommend caution periods sunbathing at the times allowed and always using a sunscreen appropriate for your skin type.
