This is a 1 kilo weight loss program that allows you to lose 1 kilo in just two days. It's simple: just follow the menu indicated.

The menu consists of four shots: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. It is a very low-calorie menu that must be repeated during the two days of the diet.
